Set up the instance via environment variables.

GitHub Authentication

If you are using a personal access token, set these variables:

• GH_TOKEN

If you are using a GitHub App, set these variables:

• GH_APP_ID
• GH_APP_PRIVATE_KEY — Base64 encoded contents of the PEM file

Contents Repo

• GH_REPO — The name of the repository to use as data source for the wiki. Example: creatorsgarten/contentsgarten-wiki
